Recently, Denny has focused on the network management and information security areas, where he has led numerous M&A teams in the past four years.

Mr. Denniston's background includes:
  • Chief Operating Officer, Senior VP of Business Development and Senior VP of Sales for both public and private technology companies.
  • Helped grow a leading network security and integration firm from $14 million to $100 million through partnering and strategic alliances
  • Created and strengthened strategic relationships with such firms as CA, Symantec, Network Associates, ISS, Microsoft, and CSC.


Timothy Hanson

Tim has over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications market, working with over 25 global telecommunication companies in a variety of diverse areas including strategic planning, systems development and implementation and managed services. A former Partner at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in the Communication and High Tech market unit, Tim offers ConsensusOne's clients his work force management and network management skills.

Mr. Hanson's background includes:
  • Growing Accenture's North American broadband practice from $10M in 1999 to over $80M in 2002.
  • Client Partner for the largest cable companies in the US including Comcast, Time Warner Cable and AT&T Broadband.
  • Managing service development and execution for e-mail and portal platforms
  • Servicing delivery and assurance design and implementation projects

He also has experience representing both public and private clients on a range of general corporate and business matters, early- and late-stage venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities matters and commercial leasing transactions.

Mr. Vounessea's background includes:
  • Associate General Counsel for Engage, Inc., a publicly-traded company and a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGI, Inc.
  • Negotiating and closing CMGI's acquisitions of AdKnowledge Inc. ($161 million), Adsmart Corporation ($545 million), Flycast Communications Corporation ($2.7 billion), The Virtual Billboard Network ($4.7 million) and MediaBridge Technologies, Inc. ($225 million), as well as Engage's sale of Internet Profiles Corporation ($1.2 million).
